Committees

The Community has several committees if you are interested in getting involved. Please feel free to contact the individual committees with the email that is provided. The committees tend to meet at the clubhouse monthly as designated below and all meetings are open to the community.

Architectural Review Committee	Meets the third monday of the month at 7:30pm. Any issues will be brought to the BOD meeting the following day.	Email Committee
Newsletter Committee	The Newsletter committee is responsible for publishing the quarterly Farmington Villager newsletter. Meeting Times to be decided by committee once we have more members	Email Committee
Recreation Committee	The Recreation committee is responsible for planning events such as the Spring Clean Up, December Shopping Trip, and End of Summer Pool Party. Meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm at the clubhouse.	Email Committee
Clubhouse Committee	Is responsible for opening and closing the clubhouse after social events. Members also report to ACM and the BOD when repairs are needed on the clubhouse.	Email Committee
Website Committee	Is responsible for updating and maintaining the community website. Members can also serve as moderators on the message board. Meeting time to be decided by members, though since we are the Techno-geeks we could probably meet online	Email Committee
