Dog Swim

The 3rd Annual Dog Swim will be held on September 6th at 7pm. The last hour that the pool will be open this year. All humans will be asked to vacate the pool so that our furry friends can enjoy a swim. Please come and encourage our canine friends.

Pool Hours

As school opens next week the pool will only be open from 4p-8p on Weekdays. On Weekends and Holidays the pool will be open from 11a-8p.

Political Signs

This is a reminder that HOA bylaws prohibit the display of political signs more than 30 days prior to an election. Please refrain from placing signs in your yard until 30 days before the election will be held.

Vinyl Mailboxs

Vinyl mailboxes have been approved for the community. They will be approved on a case by case basis so please make sure you submit an ARC application. Please remember to submit an ARC appication first.

Parking on County Roads

Reminder that police will begin patroling and ticketing cars that are parked with both front or rear wheels against the curb. To park legally both passenger side wheels must be within 12 inches of the curb. Also cars should not be parked so that they block the sidewalks.

Bulk Garbage Pickup

If you have a big item that you would like to pick up you can call (410) 222-6100, Monday through Friday, between7:30 am and 4:00 pm to schedule a pick up.

Clubhouse Rental

If you are interested in renting the clubhouse please call Residential Reality Group at (410) 654-4444 and ask for Stephanie.  FYI: the pool is not available for rental.You can download the rental agreement by clicking Clubhouse Rental Agreement
